“Where Our Youngest Members Come First”

At Quincy Country Club, creating meaningful experiences for our youngest members is a priority. From golf, tennis, and pickleball instruction to summer camps, junior clinics, and family-focused club events, our programs are designed to keep kids active, engaged, and connected.

The Club provides a welcoming environment where young members can learn new skills, build confidence, and develop friendships that last a lifetime. Whether they are stepping onto the golf course for the first time, improving their racquet skills, or participating in one of our many seasonal activities, our junior programs offer opportunities for fun, growth, and lasting memories.

Quincy Country Club is truly a place where families come together and where our youngest members are encouraged to learn, play, and thrive.

Kids Club

The Quincy Country Club Kids Club is at the heart of family life at the Club. Our Kids Club team organizes engaging events and activities for children throughout the year, creating memorable experiences for our youngest members. During special club events and dining nights, Kids Club also provides babysitting services so parents can relax and enjoy the Club while their children are safely entertained with fun, supervised activities.

Junior Tennis & Pickleball

The Junior Tennis program provides instruction and match play opportunities for players of all skill levels. Through structured clinics and engaging activities, juniors learn proper technique, improve their game, and build confidence on the court while enjoying a fun and social environment. Pickleball has quickly become a favorite activity for our junior members. Our Junior Pickleball programs introduce kids to the fast-growing sport through clinics, friendly play, and skill-building sessions. It’s a great way for young members to stay active, develop coordination, and enjoy time with friends on the courts.

Junior Golf

Quincy Country Club offers a comprehensive Junior Golf program designed to introduce young players to the game while helping them develop skills, confidence, and a lifelong love for golf. With programs tailored for all ages—from beginner SNAG golf for ages 3–5 to competitive teen play—our professional staff focuses on fundamentals, sportsmanship, and on-course experience. Juniors can participate in clinics, development programs like Q35, PGA Junior League team play, and fun family events such as the Family Cup. Whether learning the basics or preparing for competition, our junior golfers have opportunities to grow, practice, and enjoy the game all season long.

Swim Team

The Quincy Country Club Swim Team is a fun and competitive summer program for young swimmers ages 6–18 who can swim one length of the pool and demonstrate basic freestyle and backstroke skills. As part of the River Country Swim League, the team competes against clubs from surrounding communities including Keokuk, Hannibal, Pike County, and Pittsfield.

Swimmers compete in individual and relay events across the four competitive strokes—freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly—with race distances ranging from 25 to 200 yards. Throughout the June and July season, the team participates in approximately seven meets, including a championship meet at the end of the summer.

The QCC Swim Team is a great way for young members to build confidence in the water, improve their swimming ability, and develop friendships while enjoying the spirit of team competition.
